How We Do It
N.O.W Furniture is a referral based company, built up on “word of mouth” rather than advertising. Their key to success is based on both owners being “hands-on”. When you contact N.O.W Furniture, you are connected directly with one of the owners, Mark or Frank. In addition, they both have a strong presence on all their job sites.
N.O.W Stands for New. Old. Worldwide.
N.O.W Furniture is owned and operated by Mark Carey and Frank Lapointe. Both men worked for the same furniture dealership “Capital Office Interiors Ltd” for approximately 10 years. Mark left in 1994 to start ASI “All Systems Installations” and Frank left in 1999 to start “Hand in Hand Furniture Installations”. In 2006, the companies collaborated on projects; and in 2008, N.O.W Furniture Installations Inc. was born.
Mark and Frank’s success is built on completing jobs within a timeline, without sacrificing on quality of work. They will also turn down a job if they are not 100% sure of completing it to their high standards. They never sub-out jobs to other companies and they complete everything under “their hats”.
In addition, all N.O.W Furniture employees have a minimum of PWGSC Basic Reliability Security Clearance with several having Site Access Clearance. Mark and Frank both have Secret level Security Clearance in order to meet the requirements for their public sector clients.
